Duties

  • You will provide customer service through the creation and utilization of robotic software automation or BOT.
  • You will maintain an autonomous BOT program that can be used to automate repetitive tasks, answer questions posed by management, business users, and customers and make data more accessible and easier to interact with.
  • You will provide recommendations to management concerning TSC operations through automated data-driven analytics.
  • You will analyze BOT results or other data and information to determine trends or random occurrences.
  • You will utilize current BOT coding languages such as Visual Basic, C , JAVA, Python, etc.
  • You will conduct tests to ensure continuing BOT or automated systems functionality.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as an advisor to management and manages the development and sustainment of a responsive, flexible robotic process automation (BOT) program; 2) Provides recommendations and insights to management concerning operations through automated data-driven analytics; 3) Evaluates specific business systems, processes and/or ideas and the associated data governance, availability, usability, integrity, and security; 4) Acts as team leader or member of special study/evaluation teams.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement
