What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Specialist position at Bureau of Engraving and Printing?
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing within CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE. As a Training Specialist, you will work to ensure employees are trained and effective in their roles and embrace a continuous learning culture and will be responsible for training goals and objectives. You will also handle the day-to day experience of new hires as they transition from new employee orientation through training to full production.
For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Assisting with administering a training program; AND
-Utilizing a Learning Management System; AND
-Updating training materials in alignment with an established curriculum; AND
-Planning competency-based assessments to develop a master training plan; AND
-Maintaining training registration records and communicating updates with registrants.
Qualifications:
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
