Job Title: Sawmill Company - Team Lead (Bilingual: Spanish and English)
Location: Enfield, NC
Schedules and Pay:
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $19.00/hr
- Rotating Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $19.00/hr
- Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM | $20.00/hr - Differential Shift $1.00
- Rotating Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $20.00/hr - Differential Shift $1.00
A 90-day probationary period with a possible increase based on performance and attendance. After this period, the employee will have the option to transfer directly to the company and may be eligible for an additional increase.
Job Overview: We are currently looking for experienced, bilingual Team Leads to join our team at a Sawmill Operation Company. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team, helping maintain production flow, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently according to company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) – read and write required.
- Must provide work references with resume
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift between 35 - 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions cold or hot.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
