School Psychologist Qualifications: Licensure as required by the State of Illinois. The qualified candidate will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Psychology.

School Psychologist Duties : Job duties of the school psychologist include: Consultation through active participation on problem-solving teams to develop interventions, conduct screenings, interpret data, and monitor student progress; Psychoeducational evaluations for students who have or are suspected of having a disability; Recommendation of data-based interventions and entitlement decisions; Consultation regarding individual and systems-level programs and supports; Direct service and/or special projects as appropriate; and Provision of in-service training as needed. We are open to discussion of an expanded role to better serve our students and staff.

Salary: Regionally competitive salary and benefits with a hiring incentive. Newly hired school psychologists, with 2 or fewer years of experience, are eligible for a $5,000 stipend for 3 years after receiving a proficient or higher evaluation.
