As a Construction Superintendent with Burdg-Dunham, you’ll be responsible for on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and in-depth understanding of retail construction processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, direct and monitor construction/maintenance activities
Ensure safety, quality, and cost effectiveness of work
Ensure work assignments and manpower are implemented in accordance with project schedules and estimates
Lead safety meetings
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform complex layouts
- Must be able to communicate with Building Officials, Mall Management
- Organized and computer savvy
- Versed on all aspects of each trade
