Proposal Specialist
Reports to: Chief Marketing/Strategy Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic marketing and business development initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead the proposal and pursuit process, including strategy, teaming, and client presentations.
- Conduct client debriefs to refine future marketing and business development efforts.
- Identify and secure teaming opportunities with business development and Market Sector leaders.
- Train technical staff in marketing activities such as proposal writing and presentations.
- Manage marketing resources, including content, opportunity tracking, and the Deltek database.
- Oversee marketing materials, social media, photography, and branding consistency.
- Represent the firm in industry and community organizations to build key relationships.
- Plan and execute internal special events to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor procurement sources and oversee Go/No-Go decision-making processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: 3-8 years of experience recommended
- Solid visual sense and graphic design experience; proficiency in InDesign, Deltek, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Deltek or other CRM and asset management databases.
- Understanding of AEC marketing principles, proposal development, go/no-go process, and business development functions.
- Proficient in SOQ/proposal production, including digital and printing/binding.
Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
