About the Role
As our Lead Bench Jeweler, you will play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ring Sizing and precise adjustments
- Prong Work/Repair: Retipping and rebuilding
- Stone Setting: Including large and fancy shapes
- Soldering and Chain Repair
- Polishing, Rhodium Plating, and Gold Plating
- Comprehensive repair and refurbishment of fine jewelry
- Familiarity with multiple findings platforms
- Maintaining a clean and organized shop and personal work area
- Consulting with salespeople and clients on fittings and custom designs
- Delivering work that aligns with our high standards of quality, service, and timeliness
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a bench jeweler
- Laser-welding experience required
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work as a team player
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Positive, energetic attitude
