Customer Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client success.
• Manage and update customer information using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
• Coordinate project management tasks related to client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support initiatives.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas needing improvement.
• Maintain clear communication channels with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to address inquiries promptly.
• Support the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company offerings in SaaS and financial services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales within a SaaS or financial services environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
