Role Description
We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager to help shape and scale the Butterbaby
universe across major platforms. This role sits at the centre of our creative engine and is
responsible for translating Butterbaby’s character, voice, tone, and visual identity into consistent,
high-quality social output that drives recognition, cultural relevance, and momentum.
You will lead a global, cross-timezone content workflow from concept to live, coordinating
creators, the Indonesia production team, the AI/Stickers team, and marketing support. As the IP
division expands, we will build a team around this role, making it a foundational leadership
position within the organisation. Travel to Southeast Asia and other markets will be expected for
content oversight and team coordination.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in global internet culture, highly organised, comfortable
managing international teams, and capable of turning creative ambition into visible results at
speed.
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of global internet culture, digital storytelling, and social platform dynamics
• Strong organisational and project management capability
• Experience managing and coordinating creative teams across time zones
• Ability to operate quickly and creatively in a fast-moving, high-output environment
• Willingness to travel for content oversight and team coordination
• Passion for character-led content, worldbuilding, and IP development
Responsibilities
• Manage Butterbaby’s daily social presence with a consistent, high-quality posting cadence
• Translate Butterbaby’s character, voice, tone, and visual identity into globally resonant,
culturally relevant content
• Maintain a unified aesthetic and narrative across animation, AI content, stickers, live action,
and trend-driven formats
• Lead and coordinate international content teams across multiple time zones, ensuring
alignment and workflow clarity
• Oversee real-world content capture from our experiential dessert stores and other global
locations
• Collaborate closely with the AI/Stickers team to integrate character-led content into ongoing
storytelling
• Protect Butterbaby’s voice and character integrity across all posts, replies, and creative output
• Drive content, campaigns, drops, and cultural moments from concept to live with structure and
speed
• Work with editors, animators, creatives, and external partners to bring ideas to life across
multiple formats
• Lead community engagement: respond in Butterbaby’s voice, foster conversation, deepen
audience connection
• Track and report on engagement, sentiment, growth, and content performance, shaping
ongoing content strategy
• Anticipate trends and platform shifts, bringing proactive recommendations to keep Butterbaby
culturally relevant
