We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Support and assist in production and maintenance tasks as needed
- Help with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
- operate machinery from forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and skid steerers.
- CDL a plus!
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, , or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus but training will be provided
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites are necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
