Fabrication Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fabrication helper to assist with the fabrication and production day-to-day operations. This position requires hands-on experience with tools and measurements.

Position Summary

The Fabrication Helper will be handling tools and equipment and supporting the manufacturing duties and fabrication tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication and production operations with general labor to support workflow efficiency.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and prepare materials accurately according to specifications.
• Maintain job sites clean, safe, and organized.
• Help with inventory organization and warehouse support.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Work with hand tools to cut, grind, drill, etc.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a handy person.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong measurement and material preparation skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, warehouse, or related hands-on work. (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general mechanical work. (preferred).
• Measurement skills.
