Requirements / Qualifications
MUST have Mild to Moderate Support Needs Education Specialist or Mild/Moderate credential, either Clear or Preliminary, or qualify for an intern credential in the credential. If you are intern eligible, you MUST submit, along with your EDJOIN application, a letter with from your university (on letterhead), stating that you are intern eligible. If you will be obtaining your credential upon graduation or completion of your credentialing program during the months of late May, June/July, you MUST submit a letter from your university (on letterhead), stating that you are indeed on track to obtain your credential. Must have Autism Authorization and English Language Learner Authorization or be eligible for an emergency authorization in those areas.
Along with you application you must submit the following: Cover letter Resume Three recent letters of recommendation Copies of any credentials Copy of CSET tests (if applicable) Proof/Copy of EL Authorization Copies of transcripts If you are missing these documents, you will not be screened in.
