We're the first Texas location of Burattino, a viral California brick oven brand (2.7M followers). Looking for a pizza maker who can keep up.
What you'll do:
- Stretch and shape dough to spec
- Top pies edge-to-edge, fast and clean
- Run the brick oven during lunch and dinner rushes
- Keep your station stocked, organized, and spotless
What we need:
- Pizza experience (brick oven a plus, will train the right person)
- Speed under pressure
- Show up on time, every time
- Team player, no drama
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available, nights and weekends required
