Buquet & LeBlanc, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the Southern and Midwestern United States. This position requires travel and temporary relocation to project sites as needed.
The Superintendent will lead all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily jobsite operations and field personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections
- Develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
- Conduct subcontractor and Jobsite meetings
- Monitor quality control and project progress
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, Design teams, and Owners project teams
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial construction experience
- 5 years as a Superintendent or in a construction leadership role
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Ability and willingness to travel and work at project sites throughout the Southern and Midwestern U.S.
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
