Buoy Beer Co./ Pilot House Distilling is hiring Bartenders (PT - Seasonal)

Buoy Beer Co./ Pilot House Distilling, is looking for an experienced, customer oriented Bartender. We are looking for someone during the busy season and possibly beyond.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

• Greet and assist customers with a smile
• Educate our customers about our beverages
• Take beverage orders from customers
• Enter accurate data in our POS system (Union)
• Prepare beverages/ cocktails for the customers according to the recipes
• Prepare the service areas for the day's business
• Clean and prep all areas for next day's business
• Clean and bus all areas throughout the day
• Help out in other areas of the business (events, etc.)
• Manage and track inventory of a variety of beverages and retail merchandise
• Adhere to OLCC/ OSHA laws and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year Bartender experience, craft cocktail & beer knowledge a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have your OLCC permit card
• Must be able to present the document(s) required to legally work in the US (pre-hire)
• Experience using a POS system and excellent retail math skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to properly use Microsoft Teams, E-mail, and Adobe Acrobat
• Be a team player and ready to help where needed
• Able to work independently at slow-volume times
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Quick learner and able to multi-task
• Have great accuracy and efficiency at completing tasks
• Follow direction and instructions from managers and co-workers
• Have a way to reliably communicate with your managers (call, text, e-mail)
• Have flexible availability
• Take pride in our sustainable practices (recycling, waste reduction, etc.)
• Treat co-workers and customers with respect at all times
• Passionate about your work, our products, and our community

• $17.00 w/ great tip potential!
