What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scooper/ Cashier position at Buona?
Pay Range:
$15 per hour - $17 per hour, based on experience TIPS!
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
- Greeting guests and taking orders
- Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
- Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
- Clean and sanitize the workplace
- Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and positive attitude
- Must obtain Food Handler certificate
- Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
