We are currently looking for Buona-fide Back of House COOKS for our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Learn the following positions (aprenderá las siguientes posiciones): Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Pasta, Cafe/Salads & Prep
• Follow recipes and food preparation processes properly (seguirá recetas y preparación de comida apropiadamente) such as cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping, dicing, cutting and slicing
• Maintain appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line (mantendrá un control adecuado de las porciones y monitorea los niveles de alimentos en línea)
• Prepare quality food that meets our Buona standards (prepare alimentos de calidad que cumplan con nuestros estándares de Buona)
• Restock food line
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety (Cumplira con las normas de salud y seguridad de alimentos, limpieza y seguridad)
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders (Será rápido y preciso en el cumplimiento de pedidos)
• Handle raw and finished waste according to established procedures (manejara los desechos crudos y terminados de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos)
• Act with a sense of urgency with all guests, whether dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru (actuará con un sentido de urgencia con todos los invitados, ya sea para cenar, para llevar o para llevar)
• Washing cookware and utensils and cleaning equipment as assigned (lavar utensilios de cocina y utensilios y equipos de limpieza según lo asignado)

• Coachable, adaptable & eager to learn new skills
• Effective communicator
• Friendly and upbeat attitude
• Team oriented self-motivated
• 1 year in customer service role is a plus, but not required
