A hostess greet guest with a friendly and professional attitude, mangers reservations and waiting list, escorts guest to their tables or designated areas, and coordinates with staff to ensure smooth seating and service. Hostess answer question, handle phone calls, maintain an organized reception area and strive to provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prefer applicants who are 18 years of age or older and are looking to join a professional, fast paced restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guest upon arrival
- Manage reservations and wait lists
- Escort guest to their tables
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously
- Ensure guest feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
