Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Bunting Bearings LLC, located in Holland, OH, is currently looking for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative. We are a stable and well-respected US based company manufacturing and selling quality products in the bronze cast alloy, sleeve bearing, machined bronze component, and powdered metal component markets. Our growth requires us to find a qualified candidate with a positive, friendly personality, with the experience and abilities to excel in this role. The position will be responsible for visiting customers, maintaining and developing new client relations and all customer service aspects as they relate to our business growth and customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports to meet the established goals and objectives.
• Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
• Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; and will identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs.
• Resolve customer complaints, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborate with various departments and executive leadership to develop and implement departmental sales objectives to meet the corporate goals.
• Manage and interface with our power transmission distribution customers
• Manage and interface with our Industrial Catalog and Large OEM customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, metal alloys, machining, and sleeve bearing application knowledge a plus.
• Ecommerce and sales experience a plus

• Government sales

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Technical sales experience preferred
• Industrial distribution, catalog, OEM (non-automotive) experience required
• Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
