Duties

- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is essential.

- Knowledge of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.
