Auto Body Manager

Bunney's Body & Collision Repair is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Auto Body Shop Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Bunney's Body Shop is a well-established auto body repair facility known for delivering high-quality automotive repair services. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in managing a successful auto body shop, we want to hear from you. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Training for this position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Bunney's Body & Collision Repair has developed. CCC Intelligent Solutions experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Practical body shop experience with an understanding in estimation, repair, and refinish techniques
• Leadership experience, preferably in the collision repair industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety, training, and equipment obligations
• Effectively communicate goals and the steps to meet them
• Maintain a swift and accurate production schedule
• Guide teams through technical and personnel problems
• Effectively manage multiple projects independently
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and P&L margins are adequate

Salary:

$65,000 - $100,000 Yearly

Negotiable, Depends on Experience (DOE)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
