Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage beverage carts on the course or event space, restocking supplies promptly and maintaining cleanliness at all times. understanding golf etiquette.
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for food service orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including fine dining options, to assist guests with selections and answer questions confidently.
• Support bussing, host/hostess duties, or other food industry tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous experience as bartender for 2 years .
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies up to 40lbs, and perform cleaning duties as necessary.

Pay: $7.25 - $25.53 per hour
