Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This position requires an understanding of industrial embroidery machines and heat pressing, and the ability to operate those machines.
Responsibilities
- Applying DTF prints to apparel via heat press
- Operating industrial embroidery machine by loading embroidery designs and embroidering the apparel
- Tracking work completed in the Bunker’s work management system
- Organizing completed work for delivery to the customer
- Follow established procedures and processes
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
- Knowledge of print shop and embroidery operations
- Basic digital art design entry skills
- Punctual, responsible, and organized
- Detail-oriented
- Fast-paced work
- Friendly, respectful, and effective at working with a team
- Basic computer skills
