- Handle heavy lifting of pots, pans, crates, and supplies safely using proper manual handling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning routines
- Support food preparation tasks by organizing clean utensils and equipment needed for cooking or catering events
- Follow strict food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but willing to train.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all work areas
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items regularly
