Role Description
Managing Director is an interim titled intended to describe the scope of this new position. The position will be full-time and on-site, based in Las Vegas, NV. Applicants are required to have 5 years combined experience in dance instruction and dance program administration.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates experience in arts administration, studio management, and/or small business operations, ideally within the performing arts.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, schedules, and deadlines.
- Proficiency and experience fielding direct customer questions and concerns, both via email and in person.
- Comfort with technology, including office software, scheduling tools, and customer management or registration systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends for performances, events, and peak periods.
- Knowledge of the dance industry; prior experience is REQUIRED.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, arts management, education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
