Assistant Brand Specialist
Bunker Branding is an online retailer specializing in merchandise for YouTube and Social Media Influencers. The Assistant Brand Specialist will be working directly under a Senior Brand Specialist with the goal of giving each Creator/Influencer the best possible experience. Our mission is to make the merchandise creation process seamless and effortless for each of our clients. This position will be working with Bunker’s top tier creators to assist in facilitating all requested merchandise, pitching new merchandising opportunities, product build outs, sales report creation and more.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Product Approvals:
Using the existing template, you will need to fill out a “product approval” for each item that a creator is wanting to sell for final approval. This will need to include the name of the product, the SKU, product details (like what type of garment it is going on and what color the garment will be), the retail price, our production cost, what their profit is after the vendor split, and an image of the product.
- Product Creation:
Once a product is fully approved by the creator you will need to build the product in our Shopify. This will include uploading images (whether it is getting them from the graphics team or photographing the actual product), description, name, sizes, pricing, & other details that pertain to that particular item.
- New Product Sheet:
Once the product is created and ready to launch, you will need to create a new product sheet for the production and fulfillment teams. It will be similar to the Product approval but will not include the price or the creator profit. It will need to include the name of the product, the SKU, product details (like what type of garment it is going on and what color the garment will be), and image of the product, and the date it will go live on the website.
- Reordering of outsourced products:
If a product is not made in house and needs to be reordered you will ensure that order gets placed. This includes alerting fulfillment that a new shipment is on its way.
- Product Samples:
When a creator reaches out and needs samples, you will ensure they get produced and shipped out in a timely manner.
- Product Sourcing:
Assist Senior Brand Specialist in sourcing products from outside vendors.
- Proposal and Report Creation:
Assist Senior Brand Specialist in developing merchandise proposals and quarterly sales reports to be presented to Creators.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Boerne, TX 78006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
