Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential homes, commercial spaces, or hotel facilities. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for guests and residents.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Conduct carpet cleaning as necessary to maintain appearance and hygiene standards.
• Assist in floor care activities such as polishing and waxing as required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide additional services such as cooking or meal preparation when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
