WHO WE ARE

The Bunk Brew Historic Lucas House is Central Oregon's Adventure Basecamp -- connecting outdoor adventure-seekers over food, beer, and events. 2.5 blocks from downtown Bend, the Lucas House (1910) is also Bend's first and oldest brick building.

The Bunk Brew Crew includes a general manager, an assistant manager, bartenders, and our volunteer staff. Join us for food carts, craft beer, and live music. Or relax in our sauna bathhouse!

WHAT WE NEED

Your primary responsibility at Bunk Brew is to profitably and sustainably deliver a five-star experience for our guests and customers. You will help manage the property, optimize operations, and oversee the bar and food carts. You will help ensure staff are interviewed, hired, onboarded, scheduled, trained, monitored, paid, and released. You will help ensure staff create and cancel reservations, check guests in and out, process payments and refunds, answer questions, resolve concerns, take phone calls, respond to messages, e-mails, and reviews, clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces, strip and make beds, clean and store linens and towels, maintain property and bar equipment, load-unload and tap-untap kegs, stock fridges, and serve bar customers. You will attend management meetings. You will lead staff meetings. You will enforce Bunk Brew policies and ensure the safety and security of guests, customers, and staff. You will learn about Bend and the surrounding area and be prepared to inform guests and customers on the top attractions, events, and activities. You will be expected to be professional, respectful, responsible, honest, detailed, and organized. You will report directly to the General Manager.
