A Day In The Life:
Support the delivery of Bunge’s global sustainability strategy by providing ESG analysis, benchmarking, and reporting support. The Sustainability Strategy Analyst plays a key role in translating complex ESG requirements, data, and external expectations into clear insights, accurate disclosures, and decision ready materials for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Support the delivery of Bunge’s global sustainability strategy by providing ESG analysis, benchmarking, and reporting support. The Sustainability Strategy Analyst plays a key role in translating complex ESG requirements, data, and external expectations into clear insights, accurate disclosures, and decision ready materials for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
This is a hands on analyst role focused on ESG benchmarking, ratings coordination, sustainability reporting support, and cross functional project delivery within the global sustainability strategy team.
What You'll Be Doing:
ESG Benchmarking & Insights
- Support peer and industry benchmarking across the agri food and commodities sector
- Monitor and synthesise information on emerging ESG standards, investor expectations, and competitor disclosures
- Develop analytical outputs — including summary insights, benchmarking tables, and visual materials, to support leadership updates and strategic reviews
- Support the coordination and preparation of key ESG ratings and frameworks assessments (including CDP, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis, and S&P CSA).
- Collect, review, and organise supporting evidence; complete quality checks; manage portal inputs; and coordinate responses to follow up queries.
- Maintain clear trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure submissions are complete, consistent, and timely
- Contribute to gap analysis and priority improvement actions based on ratings outcomes and peer performance.
- Support the development of sustainability disclosures aligned to leading frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, TNFD, CSRD)
- Coordinate data collection with internal data owners, including validation, version control, reconciliation, and documentation of assumptions
- Prepare evidence packs and working files to support internal review processes, assurance activities, and audit readiness
- Coordinate cross functional inputs, timelines, and dependencies across sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare meeting materials, action logs, and status trackers to support effective delivery.
- Support the development briefing materials for leadership forums, customer requests, and internal governance.
- Contribute to sustainability projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, reporting, or an analytical role.
- Experience working cross functionally to coordinate inputs and support on time delivery of outputs.
