Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing, signing, and loss prevention protocols
- Tactfully address conflicts, identify concerns, and commit to positive solutions
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and maintaining visual displays, and general housekeeping to ensure an inspiring store environment
- Support in processing and replenishing merchandise
