Social Media Content Creator/Marketer

BundleBee Insurance Agency is not your typical insurance office. We have been a staple in the El Paso community for over 40 years, and while we have a deep history, we are focused on the future. We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy individual to help us tell our story and connect with our community in fresh, modern ways.

If you are a local creator who lives and breathes social media trends, understands how to build a digital presence, and wants to work with a brand that values a "human-made" aesthetic over generic stock photos, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Digital Storytelling: Capture and create engaging content (video, photos, and graphics) that highlights our team, our community, and our mission of "Empowering Peace of Mind".
• Platform Management: Manage and update our social media profiles and Google Business Profile to keep our 4.8-star reputation shining.
• Brand Growth: Develop creative campaigns to reach families and businesses across Texas and New Mexico.
• Engagement: Interact with our community online with the same professionalism and warmth we provide in person.
  
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the El Paso community and what resonates with our local audience.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with social media tools, video editing, and content creation apps.
• Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging captions and represent our brand voice accurately.
• Bilingual Advantage: Being able to create content in both English and Spanish is a huge plus (¡Se Habla Español!).
