As a BUNDA Sales Associate, you are the first impression and the lasting connection for our members. You’ll drive membership sales, deliver an elevated customer experience, and bring the BUNDA energy every single shift.
Role & Requirements:
- Greet every client with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Educate guests on BUNDA services, memberships, and promotions
- Drive new membership sales and hit individual & studio sales goals
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Support daily studio operations (check-ins, scheduling, cleanliness)
- Create a fun, welcoming environment that keeps members coming back
- Represent the BUNDA brand with professionalism and pride
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication & people skills
- Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right personality!)
- Goal-driven, motivated, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work morning, evenings, and weekends (sometimes holidays)
