Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a line cook to work across our pizza oven/station, grill, and fryer. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment. Weekends Required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Operate pizza oven, grill, and fryer safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper presentation
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (pizza/grill/fryer experience a plus, but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work year-round, nights, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
