We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Title Clerk & Admin Rockstar to join our fast-paced motorcycle family. Assists the Finance Office and Sales Department personnel by processing vehicle registrations, filing, typing letters & other documents.

• Process title and registration paperwork for vehicle owners and dealerships
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all documents
• Record and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners and dealerships
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy of title information
• Collaborate with insurance companies as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Title Clerk experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to perform accurate research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
