As a Level Designer at BumEagle Productions, you will be integral to our Production Plus project, using data-driven insights to create compelling and balanced gameplay experiences. You’ll interpret player data to inform level design choices, ensuring each environment resonates with our community and enhances the gameplay experience.

- Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders, supporting design improvements.
- Provide actionable feedback on player pain points, preferences, and gameplay patterns to enhance player retention and enjoyment.
- Monitor community feedback and key metrics to identify trends and emerging player needs.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to apply data insights in practical, player-centered level design adjustments.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, or Python for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Familiarity with game design principles and player psychology for designing impactful gameplay environments.
- Experience in a data-driven or research role within the gaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively sharing findings and recommendations.
