We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Education Team at BumbleBeesRus in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time on-site role. Responsibilities include planning and implementing educational activities consistent with our multi-sensory, play-based philosophy for children in our program. Team members will also engage in ongoing communication with families, provide hands-on teaching and training, and create a nurturing and stimulating environment to support children's growth and development. Collaboration with the team to ensure the children's safety and developmental needs are met is essential to this role.
- Proven experience in Education and Teaching within an early childhood or related setting
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage children, families, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and developing age-appropriate educational activities
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service to families and maintain a welcoming environment
- Understanding of child development and skills to address individual learning needs
- Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- A passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and creativity
