Overview
Bumblebee is looking for a support team member to join our team! We are an intimate tea house in Lake Oswego, hosting Afternoon Tea Service on weekday mornings and Dinner Service on Friday and Saturday evenings.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of serving experience who’s comfortable helping with both front of house service and administrative tasks, initially joining for Friday day (10am-3pm), Friday night (4:30-9pm), and Sunday day (10am-3pm) with potential to increase hours with experience.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, happy, dependable, and enjoys being part of a small team. Responsibilities will include assisting with afternoon tea service, supporting daily operations, helping with guest communications, and taking on administrative work as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years serving experience (Required)
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
This role will have a base pay rate of $17.00/hour plus gratuity, averaging to $30-35/hour pre tax.
Shift meals and discounts provided.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
