Bumble Roofing is growing in Austin and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to represent our brand in local neighborhoods.
This is an active, outdoor, base pay plus commssion and not a desk job. If you’re confident talking to people and want your income tied directly to your effort, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Work in assigned neighborhoods
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners
- Schedule free roof inspection appointments
- Document basic appointment details
You are not selling or closing deals — just setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Schedule
- 4-hour shifts (typically 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Choose your workdays
- Flexible, part-time structure
Compensation
1099 performance-based position. $15 HR base pay.
- $20 per appointment set
- $200 when your appointment turns into a sale
- $1,000 bonus after 60 days (for active team members in good standing)
- No earning cap
Most team members earn $2,000–$4,000/month.
Top performers earn $4,000–$6,000 .
Training
- 3-day in-person paid training in Austin
- Office orientation field shadowing
- Scripts and materials provided
