Weekend availability is required, and previous customer service or retail experience is preferred. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
• Assist guests with product recommendations, purchases, questions, exchanges, and returns.
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service while helping guests find products that meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Restock merchandise and ensure displays remain polished, inviting, and on-brand.
• Accurately process purchases, payments, discounts, and transactions at the register.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Build guest relationships and help create an experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve retail goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift while representing the Bumble Lane brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
