Sales Associate

For more than 72 years, Bullyan RV has been one of Duluth's top-selling RV dealers. We carry America's leading RV brands, backed by a full parts department and 24 service bays, so customers can count on us long after the sale. We're looking for a driven, people-first Sales Representative to help customers find the right RV for their next adventure.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through the RV shopping experience.
• Learn what each customer needs, then match them with the right unit.
• Give walk-throughs and demos that show off features and benefits.
• Support customers through the whole purchase, from first conversation to delivery day.
• Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up with new and past customers.
• Work with Sales Management to hit daily goals and priorities.
• Handle daily admin tasks and pitch in wherever the team needs you.

What You Bring

• 2 years of sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, powersports, furniture, real estate or similar). If you're new to sales and highly motivated, we still want to hear from you.
• An honest, professional, customer-first approach.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented work ethic, plus dependability and punctuality.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good organization, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic computer systems.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay & Benefits

• $60,000 – $80,000 per year
