We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee back-of-house operations. This role supports the Kitchen Manager in leading the team, maintaining food quality, managing inventory, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers. Duties:
- Support the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations and supervision of staff.
- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and happy.
