Job Overview
Bullwackers Casino and Lounge is seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Bartender to join our team.
This is a part time position with approximately two shifts per week. The final schedule will be based on availability and business needs.
The right candidate should provide excellent customer service, prepare drinks accurately, handle cash responsibly, and help maintain a clean and welcoming lounge.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Take drink orders and provide prompt, friendly service.
Handle cash, payments, and tills accurately.
Monitor guests and follow responsible alcohol service requirements.
Check identification when necessary.
Keep the bar, counters, coolers, and service areas clean and organized.
Restock beer, liquor, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies.
Remove empty bottles, glassware, and trash throughout the shift.
Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Communicate with other employees and assist with lounge operations as needed.
Qualifications
Must be dependable and available for evening, weekend, and late night shifts.
Previous bartending, cocktail serving, casino, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred.
Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a busy environment.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry bar supplies safely.
Must be willing to obtain any required alcohol service certification.
Schedule
Approximately two shifts per week.
Additional shifts may be available based on staffing and business needs.
