Position: Server
Bullvino’s Brazilian Steakhouse is always looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring every table receives exceptional hospitality from start to finish.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Be knowledgeable about all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or special requests
Monitor tables to ensure timely service and anticipate guest needs
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining area
Reset tables and help prepare the restaurant for upcoming shifts or special events
Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to communicate effectively in English
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
