We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping/lawn maintenance team. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians during daily operations
- Plan and coordinate landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening projects
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and other horticultural features
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform or assist with landscaping, tree care, construction, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve skills and productivity
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping, horticulture, and maintenance activities
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture
- Supervising or team leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general maintenance practices
- Familiarity with safety standards related to outdoor work environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
