What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lubrication Technician position at Bullskin Stone & Lime?
Lubrication Technician
Job Responsibilities:
-Fuel, Lube and grease all operating equipment on site before the start of the next shift
-Help mechanic from time to time with repairs and oil changes
-Help lube and perform oil changes at the processing plant as needed
-Operate equipment on an as needed basis when fuel and lube tasks are complete
Work Environment:
-10 to 12 hours per day
-Overtime after 40 per week
-Outside work in various weather conditions
-Underground mine area to maintain underground mine equipment
About the Job:
-Will get dirty but responsible for preventing spills and maintaining a clean working area
-Work under minimal supervision during fueling and lube tasks
-asked to provide fuel and lube service at a pace to ensure all other operations are not disturbed
-knowledge of heavy equipment a plus but will be trained on all tasks
