Purpose of the Role
Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and metal roofs. No prior roofing experience required — we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to learn and grow in the roofing and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain strong punctuality, reliability, and work ethic
- Work safely and efficiently at all times
- Climb ladders frequently and work comfortably at heights
- Lift 60 lbs regularly throughout the workday
- Bend, climb, kneel, and perform other physical tasks as needed
- Work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Read tape measures and safely use hand tools
- Maintain a basic tool set (tool list provided)
- Follow job specifications, company procedures, and safety guidelines
- Use proper PPE and fall‑protection systems
- Pass an employment physical and drug screening
Performance & Conduct Expectations
- Dependability: Must be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
- Job Performance: Complete duties safely, efficiently, and with quality
- Conduct: Follow all worksite rules, company policies, and safety regulations; violations may result in disciplinary action, up to termination
