Job description: Bullseye Industries Inc/Serpent Arms has an immediate opening for our 2nd shift Team Lead. We are a production CNC Machine Shop that has been serving its growing list of customers since 1995. Our team of 60 employees produce machined components and products for most major markets including, lawn and garden, agriculture, food and beverage, dairy, airgun, and firearms. The 2nd shift team lead is responsible guiding and assisting our 2nd shift production team. This individual will assist production employees to ensure production and quality targets are met. This individual will also assist in running production in a variety of departments as needed.
What we are looking for:
- 5 years machining experience required
- Leadership experience
- Good organizational skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Results driven
- Positive attitude
2nd Shift Monday- Thursday
