Precision Injury Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are a multi-disciplinary pain management clinic. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Triage patients by obtaining vital signs, documenting medical history, and preparing them for their visit with the provider
- Assist providers during patient examinations
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned
- Complete any documentation, scanning and referrals before end of day
- Responsible for obtaining accurate inventory and submitting to appropriate manager
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
