What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Bulls Bay Golf Club?
Immediate need for an experienced individual to add to our Bulls Bay family who can help successfully execute various aspects of the culinary department. Restaurant has a la carte dining, on-site catering, off-site catering, food truck operation and various other special events in which experience in some is preferred.

Qualifications
*Minimum 2-5 years experience in a culinary leadership role preferred
*Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees and members.
*Willingness to Learn and Grow
Responsibilities
*Manage all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, production and management and training of kitchen staff alongside Executive Chef.
*Ensure efficient and cost-effective food production.
*Ability to adhere to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications.
*Maintain and adhere to all DHEC regulations and standards or cooking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
