Job Description
Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Chief of Staff to join a fast-growing real estate investment and operating platform. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partner and leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth. The firm is scaling rapidly across acquisitions, operations, finance, construction, and marketing—and needs a high-output operator to bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline across the business.
As Chief of Staff, you’ll act as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. You’ll design processes, build tools, and drive analysis that help leadership make faster, smarter decisions. From dashboards and SOPs to identifying operational gaps and driving solutions, your work will shape how the company operates and scales.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and company-wide performance tools
• Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analysis to evaluate performance and support decision-making
• Document and systematize workflows, creating scalable SOPs and internal knowledge systems
• Architect and centralize operating tools and documentation (e.g., Notion)
• Identify structural gaps and inefficiencies, then design and implement solutions
• Create reusable frameworks and tools that free up senior leadership to focus on strategy and growth
What We’re Looking For
• 2–7 years in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth operations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets required)
• Builder mindset—comfortable creating systems, tools, and processes from scratch
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across leadership and field teams

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
